Our Seabed and foreshore Claim was lodged at the waitangi
tribunal urgent hearing in Wellington this year,
we were advised to enter a Customary Land claim with our
regional land court The first hearing was in March, following
that we attended the first judicial hearing of course this was
only in preparation for the forthcoming judicial hearing which
will b 25/26th May.
meantime this is subject to Govts pending legislation "from which
we will receive direction for our future claims (if any)
